I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been voided. Why?

If an order is placed but the first down-payment cannot be verified within fourteen business days, the order is voided. There is no way to regenerate a void order; you'll have to re-order online. Please call our customer support if you believe there's been an error.
 
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling our customer support. Once your order has been personalized, items cannot be deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
 
How long does it generally take to process an order?

It depends on the order itself. Our computer system will calculate the estimated shipping date, based on your order. If you believe there is an error on estimated shipping date calculation, you can contact our customer support to consult the estimated time span to finish your order. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.
 
Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/ cancelled?

No, you'll have to re-order online.

How to pay?

We require you to put at least 50% down-payment of the total invoice. We will inform you when the order is ready to ship. And before we ship the order, we require a full payment of total invoice.
 
Can I pay after I receive the order?

No, you cannot. Since most of the order is personalized and customized differently from one to another client, it is necessary to put a 50% down-payment before we can process your order. This policy is only to ensure that the client respects his/ her bargaining part of the deal. The purpose of administering this policy is to help us to preserve our competitive selling price.
