| 50% Down-payment (Est. Completion: 1 - 3 Days) |
Since most of the order is personalized and customized differently from one to another client, it is necessary to put a 50% down-payment before we can process your order. This policy is only to ensure that the client respects his/her bargaining part of the deal. The purpose of administering this policy is to help us to preserve our competitive selling price.

| Manufacturing / Personalizing (Est. Completion: 7 - 60 Days) |
This division requires the longest time span, because we believe that the best quality begins from the manufacturing process. And a meticulous manufacturing process takes time.
The imported products do not need the manufacturing process. We only need to personalize your name (silk-screening, embossed, hand-written, etc.) on the product. This process only requires several days.
As for the hand-made crafts, we need more time to develop before we can personalize your name. If you want to know the rough idea of how much time it requires to develop certain product, we suggest you to consult our customer support.

| Quality Assurance / Packaging (Est. Completion: 1 - 2 Days) |
It is virtually improbable to control the quality of each product, since one order usually consist hundreds of products. Realistically, we try our best to ensure the quality of each product before we pack. If you receive defective products (caused by our fault), we will provide the replacements.

| Full Payment (Est. Completion: 1 - 3 Days) |
We require a full payment before we ship the products to you.

| Shipping (Est. Completion: 1 - 20 Days) |
The shipping cost is very variable, depending on how urgent you want to receive the order. After we ship your order from our workshop, we will inform you and provide you a "Tracking Number" from the shipping company (DPEX or TIKI). Thus, you can easily track the order from your place.
For Jakarta area, under most circumstances, there will be no charge for delivery.
